A sneek peek into our new PHAT FIT clinics. 4 weeks, 3x per week. Saturday classes are BODY PHAT classes which focus on CORE strengthening. A great mix of full body and core strengthening with cardio conditioning. This is a program designed for EVERYONE and is gauranteed to CHANGE YOUR LIFE and leave you with a smile on your face!!!
